Combining the best aspects of Pilates, yoga, strength training and ballet, BARRE is fun and effective full body workout that focuses on tiny movements that work under-worked muscles to fatigue. Our barre workouts are designed to tighten and define muscles you didn't even know you had.

Not a dancer? No problem! Absolutely no dance experience is needed for the class. As long as you love music and want to get your burn on, we would love to see you at the barre.

Geralyn Alain

Geralyn fell in love with barre after experiencing a class in NYC in 2012, and soon realized her passion and the need for a dedicated barre studio in Kamloops. Following the birth of her son, in partnership with her husband and Kristen, opened BARRE Kamloops in November of 2015. She love learning and evolving as an instructor, and holds certificates in: -Total Barre - 200 HR Canadian Yoga Alliance - Limbus Method & Workout - Spin Training (currently teaching at K Spin Indoor Cycling)
