Following the birth of her son, in partnership with her husband and Kristen, opened BARRE Kamloops in November of 2015.
She love learning and evolving as an instructor, and holds certificates in:
- 200 HR Canadian Yoga Alliance
- Limbus Method & Workout
- Spin Training (currently teaching at K Spin Indoor Cycling)
In 2007, Kristen graduated from London Studio Centre in London, England with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Theatre Dance and in 2013, she passed her Cecchetti Ballet Associate with Distinction. Since moving to Kamloops, she has been teaching dance at a number of local studios, and is excited to be continuously developing the BARRE Kamloops curriculum.
She loves music and is looking forward to turning up the beats and leading some fun and challenging BARRE classes that infuse her yoga and fitness background.
As a dancer and avid fitness enthusiast, Katrina was drawn to barre as it combines both of these passions. She is excited to be part of the team at BARRE Kamloops and you can look forward to her energy and enthusiasm in her classes.Katrina has completed her BARRE Kamloops intensive instructor training and her BCRPA Group Fitness certification.
Kim stumbled upon barre rather by accident, but from the first class quickly developed a passion for it and never looked back! In one year Kim has attended nearly 200 classes, completed the ABT Instructor Certification and Intensive BARRE Kamloops training.
By day he is a passionate Technology Professional and has had the pleasure of working with various levels of government, crown corporations, and private sector companies alike.
Joey brings a strong business and financial presence to BARRE Kamloops to help support sustainable long term growth.
