Combining the best aspects of Pilates, yoga and ballet, BARRE is fun and effective full body workout that focuses on tiny movements that work under-worked muscles to fatigue. Our barre workouts are designed to tighten and define muscles you didn't even know you had.

Not a dancer? No problem! Absolutely no dance experience is needed for the class. As long as you love music and want to get your burn on, we would love to see you at the barre.

Katrina Alexander

Since the age of 4, Katrina has studied everything from ballet to hip hop, attending conventions and competitions to further her knowledge. As a dancer and avid fitness enthusiast, Katrina was drawn to barre as it combines both of these passions. She is excited to be part of the team at BARRE Kamloops and you can look forward to her energy and enthusiasm in her classes.Katrina has completed her BARRE Kamloops intensive instructor training and her BCRPA Group Fitness certification.
