Focusing on precise, alignment-based instruction, BARRE Kamloops promises to provide a butt-lifting, arm toning, core strengthening class you will not forget.

Combining the best aspects of Pilates, yoga and ballet, BARRE is fun and effective full body workout that focuses on tiny movements that work under-worked muscles to fatigue. Our barre workouts are designed to tighten and define muscles you didn't even know you had.

Not a dancer? No problem! Absolutely no dance experience is needed for the class. As long as you love music and want to get your burn on, we would love to see you at the barre.

Lacey Hook

Lacey was involved in dance throughout her youth and enjoyed participating in as many expressions of movement as she could. In her twenties, she became a BCRPA certified weight trainer and enjoyed learning about health and fitness on a greater scale. Over the last five years, she has become a RYS 200HR Yoga and 36HR Vinyasa instructor. She loves music and is looking forward to turning up the beats and leading some fun and challenging BARRE classes that infuse her yoga and fitness background.
